Alexander Jackson

Alexander “Alex” Jackson 25, of Moline, passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church, Rock Island. Visitation is Friday from 4 – 7 p.m. at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Alex was born January 15, 1994 in Moline, the son of Davon Jackson and Araceli Mancera.  He married Assia Filali on October 6, 2018. 

He was employed as an Assembler at Assemblers Inc., Davenport, IA. Alex enjoyed playing YU-GI-OH, rapping, making music, visiting family, listening to 90's rap, and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his wife, Assia; parents, Araceli and Adolfo Mancera and Davon Jackson, Sister, Marina Mancera, Brothers, Donovan Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Miguel Mancera, David Mancera, Christian Mancera, Julian Mancera, Andrew Mancera, and Aaron Mancera.
