Juan Miguel Martinez Diaz, 43, formerly of Moline, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in Salvatierra, GTO, Mexico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at St. Mary’s Church, Moline. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Juan was born February 13, 1975, in Salvatierra, GTO, Mexico, the son of the late Miguel Martinez and Maria De Luz Diaz. He was employed as a Landscape and Mechanic at Martin Sod Farm.

Survivors include his mother, Maria De Luz Diaz; daughter, Jessica Marquez Martinez, sons, Omar Marquez Martinez and Diego Marquez Martinez; sisters, Rocio and Ana Martinez; brothers, Jose, Roberto, Victor and Angel Martinez; 5 nieces, 3 nephews and many aunts and uncles.
