Warren Wheelock Obituary

Warren E. Wheelock, 78, of Moline, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 8, 2019 at Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Those wishing to attend may meet at the cemetery. DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline, is assisting the family.

Warren was born October 20, 1940 in Erie, IL the son of Howard and Helen (Ahrens) Wheelock. He married Barbara E. Fleming on March 16, 1966 in Rockford, IL. She preceded him in death on January 13, 2017.

Warren was employed as a Literature Teacher at Blackhawk College for 32 years, retiring in 1996.

He is survived by his brothers-in-law, Robert (Esther) Fleming, Albuquerque, NM and James (Louise) Fleming, Palatine, IL.
