Reitas Spence

Reitas Spence, 69, of Rock Island, passed away Tuesday, June  18,2019 at her residence.

Visitation is Friday, June 21st from 2:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 4:00 p.m. at Deroo Funeral Home, Moline Memorials may be made to the family.

Reitas was born on March 18,1950 in San Benito, TX, the daughter of Herminio and Petronila (Martinez) Salinas.  She married George L. Spence Sr. On February 11,1967 in Moline.  He proceeded her in death on October 5, 2009.

She enjoyed playing bingo, spending time with her friends and family, and loving her dog, Luke.

Survivors include her daughters, Charlene Filali, Rock Island and Heather (George) Kisner, Sherrard; sons George (Stacy) Spence Jr, Viola and Corey (Christine) Spence, Matherville; along with 8 grandchildren .
